Captured long ago, the Shiverslip appear on the Dark Island when the Summer wanes and Autumn appears. Wherever they fly, beautiful white frost appears. Every morning, as the Shiverslip spread their white beauty across the Island, the other fairies silently watch their ugly surroundings glisten and sparkle. For a brief moment the magic and goodness of Ellenora touch their hearts as the frozen crystals awake the wonder of forgotten times.
