Black Naiads are dark fairies who live in the rivers and streams on Aronelle Island. They are small shy fairies who spend most of their time singing fairy folk songs. They become extremely angry if they catch another fairy spying on them and are constantly threatening to turn any intruder into a puddle of water. The threat is an empty one though as the Black Naiad do not have any magical abilities.
