Sweeties are chubby happy fairies who play and run in the meadows on Ellenora Island. They are always laughing and bring joy and merriment to all who come in contact with them. They are different from the other fairies on the Island though, they are the only fairies who need something from the humans on the Island. In order for Sweeties to stay happy and content they need hugs. Often the children who live in the small cottages that border the meadows will feel small hands on their cheeks and arms. They giggle and laugh knowing it is the Sweeties taking their daily hugs.
